Save the Southern Drawl

Speak slowly and kindly.

That’s the whole sermon, and it’s printed on everything in this collection, under two porch chairs set side by side and waiting on company. We believe there are 10,000 Souths, and every one of them has its own accent—the Lowcountry’s, the Delta’s, the Piedmont’s, the mountains’, the Gulf Coast’s. We love every one of them, and all y’all who keep the ways we talk alive.

The Save the Southern Drawl collection comes three ways: a heavyweight white Comfort Colors pocket tee, printed by hand on the front and back in a tiny red barn in Georgia; a five-by-five-inch cotton cocktail napkin for the glass on the porch rail; and a four-by-four-inch weatherproof vinyl sticker for the truck, the laptop, or the water bottle. Every purchase helps support Southern writers and poets at Salvation South.

Take your time. We’ll be right here.
